Towards an Open High-Resolution Land Use Dataset in Great Britain - Comparing and Consolidating Retail Centre Areas from Open Data Sources

This analysis shows there is considerable potential for geolocated open Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) data to improve the designation of retail land-use areas on OpenStreetMap in Great Britain. A number of omissions are identified by comparing EPCs, a new open retail centres product from the Consumer Data Research Centre, and OpenStreetMap itself.
